Stalls Applications

Relevant stalls and bookstalls are welcome but all products must meet our ethical criteria before acceptance. Space is very limited so you are advised to book early. Two tickets, one table and chair is included in the £108 fee.

Stalls Policy & Terms and Conditions

Stalls will only be accepted if they can show that the products or services offered:

Are linked to tantra, spirituality or relevant practises

Can show ethical, environmental, vegetarian or other relevant sustainable considerations in production or manufacture NO FOOD OR DRINK OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED for sale other than those agreed by order of The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Council

Angel Love reserves the right to refuse any stall, product or service which it deems to be unsuitable for this festival.

A list of products for sale is expected from the seller on application

Please note, you are not permitted to affix any items to the walls, please bring any backdrops or exhibition items as freestanding

Table size is 6ftx2ft with two chairs, please note that space is very limited.

Areas must be booked at least 30 days prior to the event, space is very limited so be advised to book early.

I want to Volunteer and be a part of The London Festival of Tantra 2009

We have volunteering roles for a small number of people, which includes free entry to the festival and other benefits. If we are fully booked this year, you can pre-register for the London Festival of Tantra 2010.

Volunteers work for 6 hours, get a free ticket, a T-shirt and stay all day. Thanks for thinking of us !
